If you're tired of losing gas every time you connect or disconnect your Sodastream cylinder to your normal Sodastream cylinder adapter, this new design is what you need. Unlike cheaper Sodastream cylinder adapters, this unit has the added advantage that you can use the side thumb screw to depress the pin in the middle of the adapter. This pin adjustment makes the Sodastream cylinder adapter significantly easier to use.
Some adapters require an Alan Key wrench to adjust the pin height, and depending on how worn out your seal is, you may need to adjust this pin periodically. Conventional, cheaper Sodastream adapters also tend to leak gas every time you connect and disconnect them from your regulator or the adapter itself.

The Duotight Draft Regulator Board is a simple and cost-effective solution to serving beer and other beverages on draft at different pressures. With a standard CO2 tank and CO2 regulator, you can feed gas at a single pressure into the regulator board and then fine tune individual pressure settings for each gas line via the Duotight In-Line Regulators. These regulators feature built-in pressure gauges that make adjustments super simple and check valves are included as standard so you never have to worry about back flow into the regulator. This kit includes everything you need to assemble your regulator board and can be customized so the gas inlet is on the right or left side—whichever makes the most sense for your home draft setup. Duotight push-to-connect fittings and the precut rigid joiners make assembly a breeze and only takes 10-15 minutes!
The draft board kit comes in two options—with or without shut off valves. These valves offer peace of mind and allow you to shut off gas flow to any line that is not in use. If you ensure that your system has no leaks, they aren't technically needed, and you can always fully tighten your Duotight Regulator adjustment knob for added protection. But that little extra security might help you sleep easier at night! One advantage of choosing no check valves, however, is that it will leave room at the top of the board to label your gas lines.
One of the coolest features of the Duotight In-Line Regulator is that the included pressure gauge can be swapped out for different pressure ranges. The standard gauge reads 0-60 PSI, but if you have one line that will always be used for serving Ales, you can swap to a 0-15 PSI gauge that will be a little easier to read and make precise adjustments. There's also a Digital Pressure Gauge available that provides backlit instant reads and is rated from 0-90 PSI.

Stepping Down Pressure
The ideal regulation scenario occurs when the inline regulator steps down the output pressure to at least 10 PSI less than the inlet pressure. For example, if the inlet pressure is 30 PSI, the regulator effectively manages a range from 0–20 PSI on the output side ensuring optimal performance and stability.

This size of beer shank is a popular choice for building your own custom draft system. Typically installed in the door of a refrigerator or the wooden collar of a converted chest freezer. Approximately 1-1/8” are needed to account for the thickness of the finishing collar on the front and the space for the locknut on the back. Please take this into account when sizing the shank for your project. Installation Note: On a fridge there are generally no coolant lines running through the door but please check to see there are no lines connecting the door and the rest of the refrigerator. To test for coolant lines on a freezer start with a warm freezer then plug the unit in with the lid open. Comes with a back nut, plastic collar, hex nut, and a 1/4" barb. Requires a 1" hole saw for installation. When set in place, the shank will only have about 2 1/2" of length to pass through your wall or fridge door, due to the length of the collar and back nut.
Installation note: On a fridge there is generally no coolant lines running through the door but please check to see there are no lines connecting the door and the rest of the refrigerator. To test for coolant lines on a freezer start with a warm freezer then plug the unit in with the lid open. You should be able to see the lines form condensation on the inside of the freezer where there are lines running. Please still use caution when drilling.

First Pour Foam Reduction Every kegerator owner knows the letdown of pouring your first pint of the day and getting too much foam. Even with perfectly balanced draft lines, first pour foam is sometimes unavoidable simply due to the temperature of the faucet itself. Running beer through the faucet will drop the temperature, and the foaming will subside, but not without a bit of wasted beer from pouring off excess head. Add the perfect amount of restriction to any beer line to reduce foam. Eliminates the need for flow control in the faucet itself. Great for use in Jockey Boxes or anywhere you are serving beverages with varying levels of carbonation.
If you are currently using a long length of tubing to increase restriction you can now shorten your tubing. A shorter line holds less beer. Beer that is stored in the line tends to warm up quicker, adding to foaming issues, and is more likely to stale from bacteria present in the line.

CO2 and Nitrogen tanks, especially the 5lb size most brewers use, are notoriously wobbly and easy to knock over once the regulator is mounted on them. This handy Gauge Cage helps protect the gauges themselves, as well as the fragile points where they thread into the regulator body, from damage in case of a fall.
Specifically sized to fit our D1060 and D1070 Taprite brand ragulators, these cages may not fit some budget regulators manufactured overseas.
