Pro Sight Glass Distillation Lid | Steam Condenser Lid | BrewZilla | DigiBoil | 35L - Items

Heavy-duty stainless steel lid can be used with a still top or steam condenser Sight glass disc allows you to watch your boil without having to remove your still or condenser Easily remove the disc during the hot break or to add hops or other boil additions Molded grips for easier handling with the lid is still hot Compatible with 35L BrewZillas and DigiBoils If you're using an AlcoEngine Still Top or Steam Condenser Set with your BrewZilla or DigiBoil, this heavy-duty stainless lid with sight glass is virtually a must-have. Whether distilling or brewing, keeping an eye on your boil will help you stop foaming or boil over issues before they happen. With the standard distillation lid, checking on your wash or wort means removing or tipping the apparatus over to get a peek inside the boiler, which can be a cumbersome (if not dangerous) part of your process. The PPSU sight glass disc can also be easily removed to add hops or other boil additions through the large 3" T.C. ferrule. (Use gloves, it will be hot!) The sight glass disc is made from a special PPSU plastic—an excellent choice for components that are exposed to high temperatures (up to 392°F / 200°C) and corrosive media due to its exceptional chemical resistance, as well as being extremely impact resistant. KegLand decided to use this type of plastic because it also has superior thermal and mechanical properties with the added benefit of being transparent. Intricate parts can be injection molded that would have been near impossible to do with stainless steel or lab-grade glass. For use with an AlcoEngine Still Top, you will also need this single sided bead seal. Installing AlcoEngine Still: Remove the bottom nut and seal from the column Place the single sided bead seal on the lid's tri-clamp ferrule (beaded side facing down) Pass the threaded bottom section of the column through the ferrule Secure in place with a 2" tri-clamp The column's bottom nut and seal are not needed Specs: 2" T.C. top ferrule port 3" T.C. sight glass ferrule Lid handles with molded grips Thicker silicone lid gasket for a tighter seal Includes: 3" PPSU sight glass disc 3" tri-clamp 3" silicone tri-clamp gasket Silicone lid gasket KegLand Part Number: KL25812

  • Sale -12%Low stock! KOMOS® Deluxe Kegerator | Stainless Steel Exterior | Digital Thermostat | Casters | Regulator | Fits 1 Half Barrel Keg or 4 Corny Kegs | No Tower - Return

KOMOS® Deluxe Kegerator | Stainless Steel Exterior | Digital Thermostat | Casters | Regulator | Fits 1 Half Barrel Keg or 4 Corny Kegs | No Tower - Return

The KOMOS Deluxe Kegerator model boasts the same features as the standard model with an eye-catching stainless steel extrerior and upgraded stainless steel drip tray. The interior is designed to fit up to four 5-gallon ball lock kegs at one time. This unit represents an amazing value in home draft dispensing. It features a digital controller, stainless door and exterior, aluminum floor, rolling casters, robust KOMOS CO2 regulator, and more. This version does not include a tower kit. Great as a fermenation refrigerator or as a unit that can be built-in when adequate ventilation is an option. Approximately 4" of space on each side of the kegerator is required to allow the unit enough air. The tower is then mounted to the countertop and often a pvc collar or foam insulation is placed between the kegerator and the counter. This can also be done with any of our regular kegerators by removing the tower from the unit and mounting it on the counter. The most eye-catching difference between this unit and the previous model is definitely the capacity. This is the first kegerator we have offered that can fit up to four 5-gallon homebrew kegs at one time, and that’s all thanks to the redesigned interior. Most kegerators position the compressor on the right or left side of the inside floor, making one side shallower than the other. The KOMOS kegerator positions the compressor in the middle so both sides of the interior have an equal depth. This seemingly small detail allows the unit to hold up to four 5-gallon Slimline Torpedo or Ball Lock Corny kegs. Dual gas line inlets are absolutely clutch if you want to serve beverages at two different pressures or use two different types of gas. The previous model had one inlet that was only wide enough for a single line to pass through. Now both inlets are just over 3/4" in diameter and feature PCO 1881 threads. This threading allows you to use the plastic Carbonation Ball Lock Cap (FE13) as a quick connect option for your gas lines. Improvements to the condenser, evaporator, and insulation means the KOMOS kegerator is more efficient than ever before. It also features a redesigned internal fan for improved air circulation, pulling cold air from below the evaporator and blowing it back over the top of your kegs and up into the tower to chill your draft lines. Extra Wide Temperature Range is Perfect for Homebrewers The KOMOS kegerator is tailored to a homebrewer's needs. Take, for example, the extended range digital controller with an adjustable temperature range from 26 - 82°F. This allows homebrewers to use as fermentation chamber and is something that other kegerators don't do. Although the unit does not provide heating, the extended range allows you to program the internal temperature at say an ale fermentation temp of 68°F and will provide cooling whenever the temp rises above that set point. With the insulation provided by the kegerator, heating should rarely be needed, but you can always place a low wattage heat wrap inside the unit if ever needed. The digital controller always displays the temperature and is easily adjusted from the front of the kegerator with the door closed. It's pretty nice. Added Features One of the unique features on a kegerator in this price range is the tower fan, which blows cold air up into your tower to reduce foaming issues. They also come standard with the KOMOS dual gauge CO2 regulator, which is super beefy and consistent in delivering accurate pressures. Most Chinese-made regulators experience creep where the pressure increases over time. The KOMOS regulator is by far the best CO2 regulator we have seen made in China. The countertop drip tray couldn't be easier to keep clean. Built-in drip trays look cool, but they're a pain to keep clean. Before long they get pretty disgusting with dried, spilled beer -- attracting fruit flies and becoming a haven for mold and bacteria to grow. They'll often overflow the reservoir inside the kegerator causing a huge mess. Our kegerator's tray is designed to be removed and easily washed. Best Value & Backed by MoreBeer! We've looked around, and when you factor in fast and free shipping, you are getting the very best value on a kegerator in the USA. Plus you're getting MoreBeer! service if something happens in shipment. We double box the unit with foam pads and have very little shipping damage. However, it will be delivered via Fed-Ex ground so damage is possible. If your unit arrives damaged just call us up and we will work with you to take care of it. Feature Summary: Digital Thermostat with wide 26 - 82° F temp range. Robust MKIII CO2 Regulator included Pre cut hole on top perfectly sized for 3" diameter tower CO2 Tank holder mounts on back of kegerator (tank not included) Efficient and powerful compressor Stainless steel door, top cover, and side panels Stainless Countertop Style Drip Tray Aluminum floor panel for additional keg support Rolling casters You will need to purchase keg connections depending on whether you are serving commercial sanke, ball lock corny, or pin lock corny Available Kegerator covers and "off road" casters for moving over uneven terrain. BrewZilla All Grain Brewing System | Gen 4.1 | Integrated Pump | WiFi | Bluetooth | RAPT | 100L | 26.4G | 220V - Return

Elevate your brewing game with the 220V 26 Gallon Gen 4 BrewZilla. This cutting-edge system combines more power & capcity with innovative features like wireless connectivity via WiFi & Bluetooth, allowing you to heat faster while you control and monitor your brew day, ensuring precision, convenience, and exceptional beer batch after batch!   WiFi / Bluetooth enabled RAPT Controller tracks your brewday and automatically uploads detailed information to the RAPT portal The top mounted RAPT Controller can be tilted upward for easy viewing, or detached from the unit to mount it on the wall or placed on your bench Mirror polished dome shaped bottom with center drain — get every last bit of wort into your fermenter while the perforated bottom screen filters out 95% of hot break and hop matter Perforated bottom on the newly designed malt pipe allows for improved mash recirculation flow without sacrificing efficiency Element power percentage can be adjusted via the RAPT Controller. Go full power to heat up quickly, or dial it down so you don’t overshoot your strike water temp The built-in pump is plumbed to both the recirculation and arm and the bottom ball valve. Recirculate wort during your mash, then close the recirculation valve and pump wort to your fermenter via the bottom valve Pair with the RAPT-enabled Bluetooth Thermometer, allowing your BrewZilla to calculate a core mash temperature reading and more accurately control temperatures and mash steps More RAPT-enabled accessories are coming, and future firmware updates can be downloaded to the RAPT Controller itself over the internet WiFi/Bluetooth Enabled RAPT Controller The RAPT Controller is mounted to the top of the boiler body, allowing for easy operation when you have the unit set on the ground. The controller can be tilted upwards to give you an even better view, or it can be removed from the BrewZilla entirely if you’d prefer to mount the controller on your wall or lay it down on a workbench. From the controller, you’ll orchestrate your entire brew day. Program mash steps, dial in element power, and operate the integrated pump all from one screen. But the RAPT Controller is much more than a beautiful, full-color display switch board. Once synced to the RAPT Portal, you’ll be able to track, record and monitor your brews online. No need for handwriting notes or punching brew day details into your phone – all of the data from your brew is automatically logged to your portal profile. This information doesn’t just include your mash profile; it also captures detailed information about your element power and pump activity, opening the door for very precise repeatability. And the RAPT Portal isn’t just a digital archive for your brew days. With your BrewZilla powered on, you can control your brewery from virtually anywhere using your phone’s web browser. Not sure when you’ll be home from work or your kid’s ball game going into extra innings? No problem! Before you head out, simply log into the RAPT Portal from your phone and tell the BrewZilla to start heating your strike water. Along with remote control, the portal enables you to program alarms and push notifications for all of your boil additions. We’ve all been caught up with a side task and failed to throw in that yeast nutrient or clarifying agent at the end of the boil, but the BrewZilla has the back of even the most forgetful brewer! But wait, there’s more! In addition to WiFi connectivity, the RAPT Controller is also a Bluetooth gateway device. KegLand is currently developing various Bluetooth devices such as the Bluetooth Beacon Thermometer and other sensors which will be compatible with your brewery upon release. The RAPT Controller is able to receive information from Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices, adjusting its processes based on this new stream of information while simultaneously logging it to your RAPT Portal. With the Bluetooth Beacon Thermometer, for example, you’ll be able to feed temperature readings from the top of your mash bed to the controller. The controller will then compare this reading with the main temp probe reading at the base of the kettle and adjust element cycling based on these combined readings. Finally, the RAPT Controller WiFi connectivity allows you to update the controller’s firmware with a single click. Take advantage of new features and accessories as soon as they become available by simply keeping your BrewZilla connected to your local WiFi network. And again, the WiFi is already built-in! No need to come back for an expensive add-on accessory down the road. Concave Base with Center Draining Leave no wort behind! The concave base with center drain means you’ll be able to extract every last drop of wort to your fermenter. If you’ve brewed in a traditional flat bottom kettle, this center drain may be a bit perplexing at first. Many brewers are used to whirlpooling after the boil to pull hop matter into the center of the kettle, then transfer out using a pick-up tube that pulls from the kettle wall in order to avoid sucking up the solids. But fear not! One of the key features of the BrewZilla is the false bottom protection screen. This screen avoids the need for doing a whirlpool, filtering wort as it transfers and blocking more than 95% of hops and hot break from getting sucked into the pump. This not only prevents blocked pump issues, it also increases the efficiency of your brewhouse by eliminating kettle loss from wort that may have otherwise been left behind. Ultra Low Watt Density Elements The concave base on the BrewZilla also allowed for larger heating elements with significantly lower watt density than other breweries. When a lot of energy is coming off of a small element, the local temperature near the element can be so high that it scorches the wort and causes caramelization. Lower watt density essentially means you can produce lighter color beers that would otherwise have fallen victim to caramelization effect. It also reduces that chance of boilovers and reduces stress on the elements which extends their life expectancy. Heat Exchanger Dish The 100L BrewZilla comes standard with the Heat Exchanger Dish which redirects the flow of wort so that it spends more time exposed to the heating elements before reaching the center drain at the bottom of the kettle and being recirculated. Due to the concave bottom and central draining hole on the Gen 4 BrewZilla, recirculating wort will pass through the malt pipe and then down through the boiler false bottom following the path of least resistance. This can cause wort to make a B-line for the drainage hole and reduce the wort's exposure to the unit's heating elements. With the HED installed, wort will be directed to the edge of the BrewZilla base and pass over the elements for a longer period and reduce the time needed to heat to your set temperature. An optional accessory for the smaller units, but included as standard on the 100L BrewZilla. Easy Access Built-In Pump The built-in pump allows you to recirculate your wort during the mash for improved efficiency and more even temperature distribution. But it can also be used to transfer your wort from kettle to fermenter rather than relying on a gravity feed, and with the optional CIP Rotar, you can used the pump to clean your BrewZilla (or fermenter) after every use. During your brew day you’ll be able to control the pump from the RAPT Controller with a dedicated button for turning the pump on and off. Another feature you’ll find on the controller is adjusting the pump flow. This doesn’t control the actual volume of the flow (you can do that from the ball valve located on the recirculation arm), but rather cycles the pump on and off automatically based on your setting. At 100%, the pump remains on continuously. But at 80%, the pump will cycle to be on 80% of the time and off 20% of the time. This may not be a feature that every brewer thinks they need, but it’s an excellent way to avoid running the pump dry accidentally, as the time the pump is off allows recirculating wort to filter through the grain bed and back into the pump inlet. If you flip over the boiler, you’ll find the magnetic drive pump and all the plumbing is right at your fingertips. This means you don’t have to disassemble the base in order to access the pump for cleaning or maintenance if required. It also means the plumbing can be changed more easily too. For instance, the unit comes as standard with the plumbing from the pump feeding both the recirculation arm and the transfer valve, but you change this so the tap outlet bypasses the pump if you prefer. MoreBeer!'s Final Word We’ve been selling all-in-one brewing systems ever since they first hit the market, and we have to say that the Gen 4 BrewZilla is not only the most feature-packed unit ever made, it’s also offered at an incredibly competitive price point when compared to other systems. You’ll get all of the cutting edge Bluetooth technology you’d get with the Grainfather and at an exceptionally lower price tag. Plus, you get the WiFi capabilities as standard, rather than as a $100 add-on accessory. When it comes to mash recirculation, that’s yet another built-in feature on the BrewZilla, and the pump can also be used for transferring and CIP cleaning. The Foundry has a great starting price, but if you want to unlock its full potential, you’ll need to spend another $100 for the recirculation pump kit. What’s more, no other system in the same ‘weight class’ has the same grain capacity. And if the standard capacity isn’t quite enough, the BrewZilla can be easily upgraded with a Boiler Body Extension Kit and Extended Malt Pipe. When you purchase the BrewZilla, you can feel confident that you’re investing in a top shelf system and all of the critical features you’re expecting will be included. Wort Chiller for cooling We recommend either of the below counterflow chillers Copper Counterflow Chiller (WC130) BrewBuilt® Stainless Tri-Clamp Counterflow Chiller (WC140)   KegLand Part Number: KL32803 Please note: due to patent restrictions in the United States, the malt pipe has been redesigned with one set of bottom feet. This model does not include the "two stage" malt pipe as advertised by KegLand and featured in previous MoreBeer! YouTube videos. Please Note: When removing the malt pipe to drain after mashing, it is important to do so slowly rather than in one swift pull. If the malt pipe is removed all at once when it is full of wort, it is possible for the draining wort to spray out and over the rim of the brewery through the perforated bottom. Remove the malt pipe slowly so that some of the wort can drain out before it is fully removed and set on its bottom feet. This can be done by hand on the 35L unit, but for the 65L and 100L units we highly recommend using the Pulley System for removing the malt pipe. Warning: Do not engage the adjustable lid clamps when brewing with the BrewZilla's standard glass lid. The clamps are only intended to be used with distillation lids or other metal accessories. With too much tension, it is possible for the lid clamps to break the glass lid when engaged. Warning: If you are going to use an extension cord with the BrewZilla, you must ensure that the cord is the correct gauge and properly rated to suit the power requirements of your brewery. See the reference chart below for the recommended gauge based on your unit and the length of cord you wish to use.   35L (110V) 35L (220V) 65L (220V) 100L (220V) 10 ft. 14 Gauge 14 Gauge 12 Gauge 10 Gauge 25 ft. 14 Gauge 14 Gauge 12 Gauge 10 Gauge 50 ft. 12 Gauge 12 Gauge 10 Gauge 8 Gauge   RAPT Gen 4 BrewZilla | User Manual

KOMOS® Kegerator | Digital Thermostat | Casters | Regulator | Fits 1 Half Barrel Keg or 4 Corny Kegs - Return

Designed to hold up to FOUR 5-gallon ball lock corny kegs (see below for full list of what fits) Included KOMOS Dual Gauge CO2 Regulator maintains consistent pressure and is easily adjusted Works prefectly as a fermentation chamber, or add draft tower and faucet options to deck out the kegerator as you see fit! The KOMOS Kegerator features upgraded components for faster chilling and more efficient operation. It also has a redesigned interior that fits up to four 5-gallon kegs at one time. This unit represents an amazing value in home draft dispensing. It features a digital controller, stainless steel door, aluminum floor, rolling casters, robust KOMOS CO2 regulator, and more. Take, for example, the extended range digital controller that can adjust internal temperatures from 26 - 82°F. This allows homebrewers to use it for fermentation and is something that other kegerators don't do. The digital controller always displays the temperature and is easily adjusted from the front of the kegerator with the door closed. It's pretty nice. KOMOS Regulator The included high-quality KOMOS CO2 regulator maintains consistent pressure and features a blow-off PRV with pull ring for safety and to relieve pressure, rubber coated gauges, and a hand knob for easy adjustment. Many kegerator brands will include the cheapest regulator they can find, and while these regulators may work OK out of the box, they will eventually show signs of pressure creep which can lead to foamy beer and other issues with your draft system. Rather than have you rely on a regulator that is "just OK", KOMOS kegerators include their own premium dual gauge regulator with highly accurate precision diaphragm and heavy-duty steel gauges. Added Features One of the unique features on a kegerator in this price range is the tower fan, which blows cold air up into your tower to reduce foaming issues. Optional Draft Towers Both draft tower options are made from stainless steel, a huge upgrade over chrome plated towers commonly found on other kegerators. The difference is simply in the appearance. Do you prefer the sleek look of brushed stainless, or the quietly ominous appearance of matte black? The matte black tower option pairs perfectly with the NukaTap Stealth Bomber faucets, which also feature a matte black finish. Or mix and match. You do you! Each draft tower kit comes standard with Duotight fittings and EVABarrier draft tubing. Duotight push-in fittings offer quick connection, a reliable seal, and versatility. Setting up and connecting draft line has never been easier—no more hose clamps or heating water to soften tubing. Duotight fittings are included for the tower shanks, regulator, and for splitting gas lines (double & triple tap only). EVABarrier double walled tubing offers superior protection against oxidation, CO2 loss, and microbial growth. It's also PVC-free and BPA-free. Optional Faucets The most popular forward-sealing faucets we offer are, without a doubt, the Intertap and the NukaTap. Forward-sealing means that while in the closed position the faucet will keep beer in it instead of draining out. This keeps the internal parts from getting sticky and reduces the chance of off flavors transferring to your beer while you pour. Both faucets feature s modular, threaded spout that can fit a variety of attachments including a growler filler or stout spout, and all attachments are cross compatible. The Intertap boasts all stainless steel internal components, whereas NukaTap's internal shuttle is made from TPV, but the NukaTap was designed with a lower thermal mass for reduced first pour foam. And for the price-conscious brewer, we off the industry standard beer faucet. It may not have the same bells and whistles as the other options, but it is no less dependable. For more info on each faucet option, check them out below the description. Best Value & Backed by MoreBeer! KegLand Benchy Sparkling | Countertop Water Carbonator & Chiller | Instant Pour Sparkling Water - Return

Instant and infinite sparkling water at your fingertips whenever you want it! Benchy connects to your household's water supply, chills, carbonates, and delivers on demand Serve up to 8 gallons of chilled, carbonated water per hour Pair with draft faucets and place it on your counter, or install it under the counter and plumb it to a mounted water faucet See below for detailed installation video Benchy Sparkling is the answer for instant chilled and carbonated water on demand. Simply connect your household water supply and CO2 Cylinder to the unit and receive unlimited sparkling and chilled water from the draft faucets. The chiller is highly efficient with very little power draw while idle and has enough cooling capacity to serve up to 8 gallons of sparkling water per hour. This unit comes without shanks or draft faucets, as it can be used as a countertop unit or installed under your counter and routed to a faucet you install on your counter or kitchen sink. If you plan to use it as a countertop unit, we highly recommend NukaTap Flow Control Faucets. Easy Installation: Plug the Benchy into the wall Fill internal water tank Connect household water supply Connect CO2 Cylinder Pour chilled sparking water. It's that simple and you can be enjoying chilled sparkling water in under 1 hour with this setup and barely any time at all to cool down. Ensure that the unit is installed and operated according to the instruction manual which can be found below. Fully Adjustable The Benchy Sparkling has an integrated digital temp controller so you can control the temperature from 0.5-10°C (33-50°F). You can also vary the carbonation level from 0.5 volumes to over 5 volumes for super bubbly water. Cooling Performance The Benchy Sparkling is able to chill about 5 to 8 gallons of sparkling water per hour (based on ambient water and air temperature of 68°F). To further increase the capacity of this unit, you can pre-chill the water from your household supply line either by a holding tank (ball lock keg) in the fridge or a DraftMaster Chiller. If you pre-chill the water you can more than double the output of the Benchy Sparkling. The reservoir temperature on the Benchy should never be set below 2°C (35°F) as you will run the risk of freezing the water inside the carbonation keg. Specifications: 110V Refrigerant: r600a (80 grams) Cooling Power: 600 watts Power Consumption: 155 watts (idle power consumption less than 5 watts) Capacity: approximately 6.6 gal/hour (based on 68°F ambient temperature) Input Gas: CO2 @ 29-50 psi (Requires 8mm (5/16") OD tubing) Input Water: Must be 15 psi higher than gas pressure (Requires 6.35mm (1/4") OD tubing) Sparkling/Chilled Water Out: Requires 8mm (5/16") OD tubing Dimensions: 18.3" H x 11.4" W x 20.5" D (Excluding sight glass that can be removed) Recommended Accessories: CO2 Gas Cylinder CO2 Regulator EVABarrier 4mm x 8mm Tubing PE Water Line Tubing 6.35mm Duotight In-Line Regulator (0-150 psi) Duotight Reducer - 8mm x 6.35mm 8mm Duotight Check Valve Diverter Valve (check water line connection for the size you'll need) Countertop Installation Recommended Accessories: (2) Short Shanks & Hex Nuts (2) Duotight Adapters - Beer Thread x 8mm (2) NukaTap FC Faucets& Self Closing Springs (2) Tap Handles (of your choice) Tube Cutter Faucet & Shank Wrench KegLand Part Number: KL2068

  • Sale -13%Low stock! KRYO Inline Draft Beer Chiller | KOMOS® - Return

KRYO Inline Draft Beer Chiller | KOMOS® - Return

Counter top inline keg dispenser that can serve ice cold beer from unchilled kegs Compact and portable. Use anywhere you have access to 110V power Superior cooling capacity. Chill up to 8 gallons of beer, inline, per hour! Fill the reservoir with tap water, or use a glycol solution for optimal performance NukaTap Flow Control Faucets, tap handles, and drip tray included Great for bars, restaurants that need to add capacity These style chillers are how beer is poured in most European cafes If you're looking for a home draft system, but don't have the space for a kegerator or keezer, we've got the answer! The KOMOS KRYO benchtop keg dispenser can serve ice cold beer from unchilled kegs. It's essentially an electric jockey box that chills beer inline as it passes from the keg through the internal draft coils that sit submerged in the glycol reservoir. Simply place it on your counter or benchtop, fill the reservoir with a 20% glycol solution, and hook up your keg to the draft shank bulkheads. In roughly an hour, the reservoir will have cooled down enough that you'll be ready to pour! And thanks to the compact size, the KRYO can easily be transported from your home to the next backyard BBQ, cabin trip, wedding, or virtually any gathering of thirsty people you can think of. For homebrewers this would allow you to keep your refrigerator at fermenation temperatures while always seving your beer ice cold. Glycol Reservoir Although you can fill the reservoir with water only, for optimal performance we highly recommend using a glycol/water mix so you can lower the chilling solution below freezing. You simply won't be able to get your beer as cold if using water only. The sight gauge at the front will let you know if it's time to top up the reservoir, but also functions as a drain. When it's time to move the KRYO from one location to another, drain out the glycol into a sealable container to avoid spills during transportation. The glycol reservoir provides an exceptional amount of cooling power that makes it perfect for servicing small bars or cafes, as well as home use. If you're deciding between this model and the KRYO Nomad, note that peak chilling capacity for this model is approximately 8 gallons per hour, whereas the Nomad can chill up to roughly 2 gallons per hour. NukaTap Flow Control Faucets These stainless steel forward sealing faucets allow you to make instant adjustments to the beverage flow as you pour. A perfect faucet for those who often switch between beer styles with different carbonation levels. No need to rebalance your lines or play with your regulator settings. Adjust the flow control level to dial in the flow rate and pour perfect pints every time! They also have the lowest thermal mass and best laminar flow design to further reduce foaming issues. Draft Shank Bulkheads The draft shank bulkheads with beer thread allow you to choose the type of fittings and draft line that best suits your needs. We highly recommend EVABarrier draft line and Duotight fittings—the same lines and fittings that come standard with our KOMOS Kegerators. These Duotight Female Beer Thread Adapters will allow you to hook up 8 mm OD EVABarrier, and also work with sanke keg couplers if you'll be dispensing commercial kegs. For homebrew kegs, we recommend Duotight Flare Adapters for your QDs, or if you're starting from scratch, consider the Duotight Ball Lock Quick Disconnects. Includes: (2) NukaTap Stainless Flow Control Faucets (2) Tap Handles Stainless Countertop Drip Tray w/ Removable Grill Features: Chill 8 gallons of beer per hour (based on 68°F ambient) Draft shank bulkheads compatible with Duotight fittings or nut & tailpiece combos STC-1000 temperature controller (reads in °C) Reservoir volume: 4.2 gal Voltage: 110V-120V Current: 0.9A Frequency: 60Hz Dimensions: 19" x 12" x 17.5" (not including faucets / drip tray) CE Certified Reservoir Temp Controller: Follow these steps to adjust the SET temperature on the controller. If using water only, be sure to keep the reservoir temp set at or above 2°C to avoid freezing. With a 20% glycol solution, you can set the temp as low as -2°C. The reservoir volume is 4.2 gallons, so you will only need to purchase 1 gallon of glycol to make a 20% mix. Hold the 'Up" button for 3 seconds until the number is flashing While the number is flashing, press the 'Down' button to decrease the set temperature or press the 'Up' button to increase the set temperature. Wait 3 seconds and the controller will save the setting and return to normal operation mode. Warning: Do not set the reservoir temperature controller lower than 28°F (-2ºC). Running the unit below this temperature may negatively affect the unit's efficiency and has the potential to freeze beer.

The controller can be tilted upwards to give you an even better view, or it can be removed from the BrewZilla entirely if you'd prefer to mount the controller on your wall or lay it down on a workbench. From the controller, you'll orchestrate your entire brew day. Program mash steps, dial in element power, and operate the integrated pump all from one screen. But the RAPT Controller is much more than a beautiful, full-color display switch board. Once synced to the RAPT Portal, you'll be able to track, record and monitor your brews online. No need for handwriting notes or punching brew day details into your phone -- all of the data from your brew is automatically logged to your portal profile. This information doesn't just include your mash profile; it also captures detailed information about your element power and pump activity, opening the door for very precise repeatability. And the RAPT Portal isn't just a digital archive for your brew days. With your BrewZilla powered on, you can control your brewery from virtually anywhere using your phone's web browser. Not sure when you'll be home from work or your kid's ball game going into extra innings? No problem! Before you head out, simply log into the RAPT Portal from your phone and tell the BrewZilla to start heating your strike water. Along with remote control, the portal enables you to program alarms and push notifications for all of your boil additions. We've all been caught up with a side task and failed to throw in that yeast nutrient or clarifying agent at the end of the boil, but the BrewZilla has the back of even the most forgetful brewer! But wait, there's more! With the Bluetooth Beacon Thermometer, for example, you'll be able to feed temperature readings from the top of your mash bed to the controller. The controller will then compare this reading with the main temp probe reading at the base of the kettle and adjust element cycling based on these combined readings. Finally, the RAPT Controller WiFi connectivity allows you to update the controller's firmware with a single click. Take advantage of new features and accessories as soon as they become available by simply keeping your BrewZilla connected to your local WiFi network. And again, the WiFi is already built-in! No need to come back for an expensive add-on accessory down the road. High Capacity Malt Pipe With an approximately 23.5 lb capacity, the BrewZilla can mash nearly 50% more grain than similar sized models of the Anvil Foundry and Grainfather G30. If you want to fill your fermenter with more than a 5-gallon batch worth of wort, or brew the highest gravity beer recipes, the BrewZilla is the brewhouse for the job. And the included malt pipe is just the beginning. If you want to expand your brewery's grain capacity even further, KegLand makes Boiler Extension Kits and Extended Malt Pipes for that very purpose. The malt pipe features a perforated section at the bottom which improves mash recirculation flow without sacrificing efficiency. Concave Base with Center Draining Leave no wort behind! The concave base with center drain means you'll be able to extract every last drop of wort to your fermenter. If you've brewed in a traditional flat bottom kettle, this center drain may be a bit perplexing at first. During your brew day you'll be able to control the pump from the RAPT Controller with a dedicated button for turning the pump on and off. Another feature you'll find on the controller is adjusting the pump flow. This doesn't control the actual volume of the flow (you can do that from the ball valve located on the recirculation arm), but rather cycles the pump on and off automatically based on your setting. At 100%, the pump remains on continuously. But at 80%, the pump will cycle to be on 80% of the time and off 20% of the time. This may not be a feature that every brewer thinks they need, but it's an excellent way to avoid running the pump dry accidentally, as the time the pump is off allows recirculating wort to filter through the grain bed and back into the pump inlet. If you flip over the boiler, you'll find the magnetic drive pump and all the plumbing is right at your fingertips. This means you don't have to disassemble the base in order to access the pump for cleaning or maintenance if required. It also means the plumbing can be changed more easily too. For instance, the unit comes as standard with the plumbing from the pump feeding both the recirculation arm and the transfer valve, but you change this so the tap outlet bypasses the pump if you prefer. MoreBeer!'s Final Word We've been selling all-in-one brewing systems ever since they first hit the market, and we have to say that the Gen 4 BrewZilla is not only the most feature-packed unit ever made, it's also offered at an incredibly competitive price point when compared to other systems. You'll get all of the cutting edge Bluetooth technology you'd get with the Grainfather and at an exceptionally lower price tag. Plus, you get the WiFi capabilities as standard, rather than as a $100 add-on accessory. When it comes to mash recirculation, that's yet another built-in feature on the BrewZilla, and the pump can also be used for transferring and CIP cleaning. The Foundry has a great starting price, but if you want to unlock its full potential, you'll need to spend another $100 for the recirculation pump kit. What's more, no other system in the same 'weight class' has the same grain capacity. And if the standard capacity isn't quite enough, the BrewZilla can be easily upgraded with a Boiler Body Extension Kit and Extended Malt Pipe. When you purchase the BrewZilla, you can feel confident that you're investing in a top shelf system and all of the critical features you're expecting will be included. Perfect for Distillation If you want to expand your lineup of homemade libations to offer Spirits in addition to Ales & Lagers, the BrewZilla makes an excellent pot still! Add the Distillation Lid upgrade and pair it with an AlcoEngine Copper Reflux Condenser or Copper Pot Still Top. AlcoEngine Stills have been selling on the home market for years and offer some of the most affordable, beginner-friendly stills you'll find. KegLand Part Number: KL3276 Please note: due to patent restrictions in the United States, the malt pipe has been redesigned with one set of bottom feet.

Plastic PET Carboy - 3 Gallon Ported (Spigot Not Included) - Open Box

The ported version of our popular PET Plastic carboy. No more siphoning thanks the hole located 2 inches from the base of the unit. We recommend using our plastic bucket spigot (FE347). To install the spigot you will need the installation tool (FE311A) to hold the nut in place as you thread in the spigot. Your days of lugging heavy glass carboys around are over thanks to these plastic carboys! Our Plastic Carboys are made from 100% Virgin PET plastic, which is far more resistant to oxygen than regular plastic. They’re much lighter and safer than glass, which is good if you need to move your fermenter around the house to find the right temperature. Full carboys can be heavy and hard to maneuver and glass can break resulting in possible injury. In addition to being safer to handle, they’re more economical than glass as well. With no ribs on the sides, there’s no place for yeast and sediment to collect, making cleaning a breeze. We suggest cleaning them with an overnight PBW soak, shake, rinse, and sanitize. You’ll want to avoid vigorous scrubbing during cleaning to avoid scratches. Two special features we love about our PET Carboys are the punted base and extra head space. The punted base makes the carboy easier to hold while carrying or pouring, and prevents sediment disturbance during transfers. The extra head space is a huge plus to make sure you have enough room for when your fermentation gets going. Specifications: Uses a #10 stopper or a 5 Gallon Carboy Hood. Weighs 1.0 lbs Rated to 140 degrees F Height: 16 inches Diameter: 9 inches Completely taste and odor free Punted base to prevent sediment disturbances during transfer Does not come with spigot.

EnoItalia Motorized Crusher Destemmer | Stainless Steel Hopper | Adjustable Rubber Rollers | 110V - Items

Motorized unit crushes grapes and separates stems in one pass All parts that come into contact with the grapes are made from stainless steel Screw Feed provides fast, continual hands-free operation Self-adjusting rubber rollers are soft on grape stems to reduce tannin extraction 3,000 lbs per hour production capacity Made in Italy by EnoItalia A great value in our motorized Crusher Destemmer line as the parts that are in direct contact with the grapes are stainless while the main body and motor/gear shroud are made from enamel coated steel. Performance is exactly the same as our WE223S Model. The Crusher/Destemmer can be purchased by itself or alongside the Stainless Stand & Chute. How These Work: Grapes are loaded into the top bin where the powered screw feed continually pushes grapes towards the rollers. Grapes are gently crushed by the rubber rollers and then fall into the destemming chamber. The destemming chamber features a removable basket with a bunch of circular holes in it and rotating destemming shaft. Grapes fall through the holes into your bucket. Stems get rotated through the basket by the destemming shaft until they exit at the end of the machine where they fall onto the ground or an awaiting bucket. Rubber Rollers This model features soft rubber rollers which are softer on stems possibly reducing rough tannins in your wine. The rollers are spring loaded and self adjusting to protect against damage, such as the accidental passing of a small stone. Output Production Powered by a 1hp motor that provides an hourly production of approximately of up to 3,000 lbs. Note that these machines must be fed with consistency to reach maximum throughput. Overload the machine with too many grapes at one time and the motor will pause and actually slow down production.

We've looked around, and when you factor in fast and free shipping, you are getting the very best value on a kegerator in the USA. Plus you're getting MoreBeer! service if something happens in shipment. We double box the unit with foam pads and have very little shipping damage. KOMOS® Deluxe Kegerator | Stainless Steel Exterior | Digital Thermostat | Casters | Regulator | Fits 1 Half Barrel Keg or 4 Corny Kegs | No Tower - Refurbished

Defrost Kit for Kreyer Fan Unit | MR 135 - Refurbished

Defrost Kits are electric heating elements made of a set of thin metallic heating rods that are fitted into the suitable slots, under the coil of the thermo-fan. This layout simplifies the installation and guarantees homogenous dispersion of heat over the entire coil for even defrosting. The Defrost Kit melts the iced condensate, which accumulates on the airways when the fan is used for room cooling with Glycol-water set below the freezing point. Periodical defrosting enables the use of the thermo-fan for setting up cold-rooms, which are kept at low temperatures. The melted condense water drips to the fan's collection tray for drainage. When using a Defrost Kit, it is required to use the FermFlex-Defrost controller, which controls both the fan-valve for cooling and the heating element for defrosting.

KRYO Inline Draft Beer Chiller | KOMOS® - Refurbished

    BrewBuilt® Brewing Kettle | 1.5" Tri-Clamp | Dual Port | Side Handles - Refurbished

    8 reviews

Welded 1.5" tri-clamp ports for a lifetime of leak-free use 304 stainless steel construction with mirror polish finish Notched lid provides cover while not interfering with immersion chillers, hop bags, or other accessories Choose from Boil Kettle, Hot Liquor Tank or Mash Tun configurations The Boil Kettle comes without fittings The Hot Liquor Tank includes a Kettle Maximizer and Thermometer with 2" Probe The Mash Tun includes a False Bottom Kit and Thermometer with 6" Probe Add your preferred Valve Hardware Pack when choosing your kettle above or purchase your own valve & fittings separately Designed for Brewing. Built to Last. BrewBuilt brew kettles are made from 304 stainless steel and offer an unparalleled mix of features for the price. At the very top of the list are two welded-in place tri-clamp couplers that offer a lifetime of leak free use. As you can imagine, welding in a coupler costs more than punching a hole and using a gasketed (i.e. weld-less) fitting. Welded fittings offer a permanent connection that to us is worth every penny. The second unique feature that we absolutely love about these brew kettles is the notched lid with silicone plug. This notch allows you so much flexibility; you can use an immersion chiller, one of our Ultimate Sparge Arms for mashing, tie off hop bags, take a temp reading during cooling, or whatever else we all can dream up. Our new T.C. kettles were designed to keep pace with the ever-evolving world of brewing technology. Tri-clamp fittings are standard fare in professional breweries, and they’ve been widely adopted in homebrewing as T.C. fermenters and pumps become more affordable and widely available. Tri-clamp fittings, also known as Tri-clover, allow you to make a sanitary connection that is free of nooks and crannies for contaminants to take hold. They are much easier to break down for cleaning compared to threaded connections, and they don’t require Teflon tape to make a watertight seal. T.C. fittings and accessories also give you the distinct advantage of being able to clean in place (CIP), so you don’t need to break down your entire system after every brew day. Configurations The base boil kettle comes without fittings so you can modify it the specific tri-clamp accessories that best suit your needs. Add one of the optional Brewing Kettle Valve Packs above which include your choice of valve and all the hardware you'll need to connect 1/2" ID transfer tubing, as well as an end cap to seal the top port if a thermometer or other accessory is not in place. The Hot Liquor Tank includes the base kettle plus a kettle maximizer for the bottom port and thermometer with 2" probe for the top port. Clamps and gaskets are included to attach the tri-clamp kettle maximizer and the thermometer. The Mash Tun includes the base kettle plus a false bottom kit for the bottom port and thermometer with 6" probe for the top port. Clamps and gaskets are included to attach the tri-clamp false bottom maximizer and the thermometer. Kettles do not come with a valve or additional fittings for the bottom port as standard. Add one of our pre-configured Valve Packs or purchase your preferred valve and fittings separately. This Brew Kettle has a lot to offer... Some other features we dig include the internal volume markers from the bottom to the top - so handy for instant reads. The silicone sleeved handles on the kettle and the lid are a cool feature to protect your hands. The tri-clad bottom with a 4mm core of aluminum sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel offers even heat distribution during the boil and also makes it a perfect choice for anyone wanting to use an induction burner. Beefy 304 Stainless These kettles are made from 304 grade stainless. That means you will have less corrosion issues than with a kettle made from lower grade 201 type stainless. We put these kettles through a corrosive salt water test in the MoreBeer! shop and they passed with flying colors. We also made sure the rivets and riveted handles were also made of stainless steel for a long term, trouble free life. The 10 and 15 gallon size are made from 1.0mm thick stainless steel. The 20, 30 and 50 gallon size are made with 1.2mm stainless - that's pretty thick stuff - and you will know it when you pick one up. Mirror Polish Finish The mirror polish finish isn’t just for making your Instagram feed pop! This extra slick finish is much easier to clean and sanitize than a standard brushed stainless kettle. Hop trub and other organic solids left behind after a brew day will have a hard time clinging to the interior surface and scrub away with ease. Size Ratios and Stuff All the BrewBuilt kettles follow the recent trend to a 1.2:1 ratio where the height is 1.2 times the diameter. This is a proven commercial ratio that has been adopted in homebrewing to achieve a more consistent 10% evaporation rate during the boil. We do like this ratio for boiling. For Mashing we would prefer a little bit shallower but that is a small compromise. Dimensions for a hot-liquor tank, if you are thinking brewing system down the road, are irrelevant as any ratio kettle will do. Features: Two welded T.C. couplers for a lifetime of leak free use Notched lid with silicone plug for flexibility 304 stainless steel construction for longevity 1.0mm (10 & 15 gal) or 1.2mm (20, 30 & 50 gal) thick side walls resist denting 4mm Tri-Clad Aluminum bottom sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel for no scorching Internally etched volume markers from top to bottom for easy reading 1.2:1 Ratio is optimal for boiling evaporation rate Lid is designed to conveniently hang from a handle Side handles with silicone coated handles for heat protection Stainless handles with stainless rivets for secure lifting   Size Kettle ID (in.) KRYO Inline Draft Beer Chiller | KOMOS® - Refurbished

KOMOS® Pro Stainless Steel Outdoor Kegerator | Digital Thermostat | Undercounter Built-In | Heavy Duty Casters | Fits 1 Half Barrel Keg or 3 Corny Kegs | No Tower - Refurbished

Looking for a premium kegerator to install under the counter of your home bar or outdoor kitche? The KOMOS Outdoor Kegerator offers the best value in the USA for an all stainless steel outdoor rated kegerator. With an all stainless interior and exterior, this unit is built to operate at a level other kegerators simply can't reach. Heavy duty casters come standard for maximum mobility, and front facing ventilation makes it ideal for using as a built in kegerator in an outdoor kitchen. Features include tower cooling fan, wide-range digital controller, stainless door and exterior, stainless floor and interior, heavy-duty casters as standard, and a list of options. Please note the kegerator does not come with a plug for the tower hole. The KOMOS Kegerator is intended to be installed under counter tops or paired with a standard 3" diameter draft tower. If you plan to install the kegerator under a countertop, the top cover will need to be removed and you will need to install the Build-In Door Hinge, as the top door hinge is removed with the cover. For homebrewers looking for a temperature controlled fermentation chamber, we recommend the KOMOS residential model. Best Choice for Outdoors With its stainless steel construction and powerful compressor this Komos Kegerator is the best choice for outdoor kitchens, bbq islands, or poolside placements. The forward-facing vents at the bottom of the kegerator allow this unit to be installed under counter without having to leave 2-3 inches on each side of the kegerators as is required with some other models. The model also features more power than the standard residential version and can stand up to ambient temperatures up to 104°F. You will want to place your kegerator in a position to be protected from rain.   Easy to Clean The stainless steel countertop drip tray looks great and couldn't be easier to keep clean. We've looked around, and when you factor in fast and free shipping, you are getting the very best value on an all stainless steel kegerator in the USA. Plus you're getting MoreBeer! service if something happens in shipment. We double box the unit with foam pads and have very little shipping damage. In the rare and unfortunate scencario your unit arrives damaged just call us up and we will work with you to take care of it.   Feature Summary: Digital Thermostat with wide 28 - 76° F temp range. KOMOS® Deluxe Kegerator | Stainless Steel Exterior | Digital Thermostat | Casters | Regulator | Fits 1 Half Barrel Keg or 4 Corny Kegs | No Tower - Refurbished

However, it will be delivered via Fed-Ex ground so damage is possible. If your unit arrives damaged just call us up and we will work with you to take care of it. Marchisio Wine Bottle Filler | 3 Spout | Stainless Steel | 9L Reservoir - Used

Put one feed line into this filler from your fermenter or barrel and fill three bottles at once. Unit comes included with a Siphon Bulb for conveniently starting a siphon from the holding tank to each filler spout. Each bottle fills independently of one another to allow for staggered filling (take one bottle off as another is filling). Fill is initiated when bottle is placed onto filling spout and set down on the bottle tray. The flow of liquid will stop automatically when the level of liquid in the bottle reaches the liquid level in the reservoir.  The bottle will rest upon the bottle tray during filling. Hanna Portable Turbidity and Bentonite Check Meter (Hanna# HI83749-01) - Used

The HI83749 Portable Turbidity and Bentonite Check Meter ensures protein stability before bottling for great quality wine. The HI83749 measures turbidity of samples from 0.00 to 1200 NTU (Nephelometric Turbidity Units) and is USEPA compliant. Log and transfer up to 200 measurements. GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) feature for traceability of the calibration conditions. Great for small & medium wineries and advanced hobbyists. The HI83749 Portable Turbidity and Bentocheck Meter is specially designed for measurement of turbidity in wine. The instrument is based on a state-of-the-art optical system which guarantees accurate results, assures long term stability, and minimizes stray light and color interferences. It also compensates for variations in intensity of the lamp, although proper calibration ensures measurements are fully validated, comparable, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. The 25 mm round cuvettes composed of special optical glass guarantee the repeatability of turbidity measurements.   Features at-a-glance   AMCO AEPA-1 Primary Turbidity Standard - The AMCO AEPA-1 supplied standards are recognized as a primary standard by the USEPA. These non-toxic standards are made of styrene divinylbenzene polymer spheres that are uniform in size and density. The standards are reusable and stable with a long shelf life.   Calibration – A two, three, or four-point turbidity calibration can be performed by using the supplied (<0.1, 10, 100, and 500 NTU) standards. Calibration points can be modified if user-prepared standards are used.   Fast Tracker™ - For users taking measurements throughout the winemaking process, the HI83749 is equipped with Fast Tracker™ - Tag Identi˜fication System (T.I.S.) that makes data collecting and management simpler than ever. Fast Tracker™ allows winemakers to record the time and location of a speci˜fic measurement or series of measurements using iButton™ tags on specific tanks for quick and easy readings. Each iButton® tag contains a computer chip with a unique identi˜cation code encased in stainless steel.   GLP Data – The HI83749 features complete GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) functions that allow traceability of the calibration conditions. Data includes calibration points, date, and time.   Data Logging – Up to 200 measurements can be stored in the internal memory and recalled at any time.   Data Transfer – For further storage or analysis options, logged data can be downloaded to a Windows compatible PC using the RS232 or USB port and the HI92000 software.   Backlit Display – A backlit LCD display provides an easy to understand, user-friendly interface. Displayed codes guide the user step-by-step through routine operation and calibration.   Significance of Use Unrefined wine is quite turbid and hazy from suspended solids produced during fermentation. The unrefined wine is treated with fining agents to reduce cloudiness. This cloudiness is what winemakers refer to as protein haze, or haze for short. Thaumatin-like proteins (TLPs) and chitinases are the primary grape proteins responsible for haze formation. These positively charged proteins degenerate and stick together, resulting in undesirable flocculent clouds and visible haziness.   The prevention of protein haze or deposit in bottled white wines is a universal concern and often a wine needs to be stabilized before bottling. One commonly used stabilization agent is bentonite. Bentonite is a volcanic clay earth type fining agent (like kaolin) that acts as a wine stabilizer. It improves the clarity of wine but has also negative aspects because of the volume of lees formed, reduction of tannin and color. Since there are different types and qualities of bentonite with different capacity of protein removal, it is important to make laboratory trials with the same lot and wetting degree of the bentonite as that will be used in the cellar.   Protein stabilization is normally not a problem in bottled red wines because of the relatively high concentration of phenols that binds and precipitates with the unstable proteins before bottling. Often bentonite is added to red wines at a level of about 12 g/hL (1 lb/1000 gal), reducing colloidal suspended particles thus improving membrane filterability.   Wines with low phenols contents, such as rose, light reds and whites should be checked for protein stability before bottling. Hanna offers a rapid test to verify the risk of future protein haze formation. If protein instability is detected, a next test can help defining the right amount of bentonite to be added for improving protein stability. It is important not to overdose bentonite, avoiding stripping wine flavour, body, and significant loss of color, especially in young red wines. Moreover, adding only the necessary amount of bentonite to obtain the desired protein stability results in a reduction of costs.   Winemakers can determine the initial turbidity of the unrefined wine with the HI83749 turbidity measurement instrument. After taking a turbidity reading the pre-made HI83749-20 Bentocheck Solution is added to the wine sample. A second turbidity measurement is taken. If the second turbidity reading is less than the initial turbidity reading plus 2 NTU, the wine can be considered stable. Otherwise a fining trial can be performed to determine the amount of bentonite that must be added to stabilize the wine. Principal of Operation To measure turbidity the HI83749 passes a light beam through the sample that is scattered in all directions. The intensity and pattern of the scattered light is affected by many variables, such as wavelength of the incident light, particle size and shape, refractive index, and color. The optical system of the HI83749 includes a tungsten fi˜lament lamp, a scattered light detector (90°) and a transmitted light detector (180°).   The HI83749 features a powerful microprocessor that calculates the NTU value from the signals that reach the two detectors. An effective algorithm is used to correct and compensate for any color interferences. The optical system and measuring technique also compensate for fluctuations in lamp intensity, minimizing the need for frequent calibration. The HI83749-11 AMCO AEPA-1 standards ensure that measurements are traceable to primary reference materials. These standards are used for calibration and performance verification of the turbidity meter.   Supplied with Certificate of Analysis • Lot number • Expiration date • Standard value @ 25 °C • Reference meter NIST traceable   Provided storage containers • Light tight • Protects from accidental breakage   Can log and transfer up to 200 measurements and is equipped with Fast Tracker Tag Identification System (TIS) that makes data collecting and management simple by recording time and location with the touch of a button, a two, three, or four- point turbidity calibration can be performed using the supplied standards, features a backlit LCD display with a user-friendly interface which has user step by step help through routine use and calibration

    EnoItalia Jolly 25 Destemmer | Built-In Must Pump | Stainless Steel | 2 HP | 220V Single Phase - Scratch & Dent

All stainless grape destemmer with built-in must pump Screw Feed provides fast, continual hands-free operation Rubber tipped destemming bar for softer processing 4,000 - 4,500 lbs/per hour processing capacity Removable stainless basket for easy cleaning Made in Italy by EnoItalia For the serious home winemaker or a very small winery, this machine represents an amazing value. It is gentle, easy to load, and pumps the grapes into your awaiting fermenter, eliminating the need for a separate must pump. Why No Crushing Rollers? Because you don't need them. Here is how it works. You put fruit in the top bin and the screw feed moves the fruit to the left where it drops down into the destemming chamber. The fruit is destemmed and grapes drop down through the grate to the next level. Stems are ejected out the end of the destemming chamber and onto a tarp on the ground. After the fruit drops through the destemming chamber it falls into a bin at the bottom of the machine that has a screw feed. The screw feed pushes the grapes to the right where they are pushed into a circular chamber. In the circular chamber, a paddle wheel, pushes grapes back out the exit tube, through a 3" hose, you attach, and into the awaiting fermenters. Why this machine is so popular in Italy Because they know you don't need rollers on this type of machine. The action of the two screws, the destemming chamber and the paddle wheel crack the berries. More on the Built-in Must Pump The built in paddle-wheel style must pump can push fruit an average of 12' high with a 10' horizontal run OR up to 4' high with a 40' horizontal run. These are estimates only: actual results will vary on factors such as the total load on the machine and the viscosity of the must in the transfer tube. It can only be used at processing time and cannot be used later in the winemaking process. A Great Value! We recommend this machine for small wineries or larger home producers who do not wish to make the considerable jump to truly commercial quality equipment. You can make very, very good wine with this machine and we often tell small winery owners that the money saved can be used more effectively in other ways to make great wine.  Summary of Features: 1) Stainless Body, Bin, Agitator, and Screw Feed 2) Removable stainless basket for easy cleaning (Destemming basket holes are 1.0225" wide) 3) A Screw Feed for continual, faster, hands-free operation 4) Rubber tipped destemming bar for softer processing 5) Output of 4000 - 4,500 lbs/per hour 6) Paddle wheel style Must pump built in with 3" TC Outlet 7) A powerful Single Phase 220V 2 HP motor (12.1 amp draw) with starting capacitor 8) High-quality units made by Enoitalia of Italy 9) Replacement parts are available 10) Two casters allow for easy wheel-barrow type movement 11) Emergency stop button 12) Length 46.5" (118 cm), Width 27" (68 cm), Height 35.4" (90 cm), weight 207 lb (94 kg) 13) Unit comes with bare cord wire.
