Your mileage will vary depending on the source of coolant that you are using. This kit does not come with a refrigeration unit so you will need to supply cooled or iced liquid to pump around. So depending on the coolant temperature you will be able to achieve and maintain different temperatures.

You can buy a tubing splicer/reducer. It’s simply barbed on both ends.

I'd recommend looking into some quick disconnect fittings from CPC. That will solve multiple problems cause 1) they have reducers so you can go from the larger tubing on the chiller to smaller tubing for your anvil system. And 2) you can now easily disconnect your system from the chiller for easy cleaning and not spill any glycol solution on your floor.
