For the most part this VineCo.Signature Series Sauvignon Blanc's flavor profile and ABV (high for a white I think) is as it's described. However despite intentionally doing a cool primary fermentation at 56F this wine's final color isn't the light straw that is typical of the standard product. Not sure what could have been done differently to avoid the darker yellow color that I got.
