BLC Beverage System Cleaner

    Description

    BLC, also known as Beer Line Cleaner, is a preferred alkaline based draft line cleaner. Used to remove bacteria and loosen mineral deposits from beverage lines, faucets, etc.. Can be used with all type of cleaning systems and al types of draft set ups including long draw commercial systems, homebrew set ups, kegerators, draft box lines, etc.. Can be used with cold or warm water. No hazardous shipping.  

    Instructions for use:

    1. Add ½ oz BLC for each quart of water. 
    2. Drain out beer and run solution into line. 
    3. Circulate or let stand in lines for at least 15 minutes 
    4. Flush cleaning solution from line and rinse well with clean water.

        Works as advertised!

        It works as advertised! I throw it in my 5 gallon cleaning keg with water pressurize it and send it through for 60 seconds. Then let it stay in the lines for 10 minutes then flush the lines. Then connect my beer kegs and drink up! Great stuff.

        Simple to clean your lines

        Use this product to clean my kegerator lines. Very easy and it works great.

        Great for Kegerator Line Cleaning

        I have been using this product to clean the tap lines in my office kegerator for 3 years and the lines stay clean and free of clogs and build-up. We run about 10 gallons of beer, cider, and kombucha through each tap line per month and clean the lines at least once a month.

        Will this product remove “beer stone” scale deposits in a 5-gal corny keg?

        Probably not. This cleaner is Alkaline. You need an acidic cleaner to get rid of beer scale. You’d have better results using a citric or nitric acid solution and letting it soak in the keg for a while.
