All good except - Recent batch was only 3.3% AA. You may want to call and check before finalizing your order so you don't end up short on what you need.

I use a lot of the hop in a Red Ale.

These are great hops for dark ales. I added them to the boil in addition to northern brewer hops for a recent Irish ale that I made and it turned out great. There are mossy/grassy subtleties that come with these hops, which are more pronounced as they low in AA's. They have great storage retention as well and freeze easily. I was not a believer in pellet hops to begin with, but I have been won over steadily by their use in different brews, even if they have different qualities than their whole-cone bretheren. Much easier to measure out and use, and they seem to diffuse more easily into the wort since they are ground to a pulp. The only downside is all the hop dust that comes from pellets - it makes a huge mess, and creates even more trub to be filtered out. Will buy again, without a doubt.

Authentic English hop to use in all of your English Beers. Has a light and pleasant floral aroma. Pairs great with Fuggle hops also!

Used this in a stout to get that traditional English character. That's exactly what I ended up with.

EKG is one of the classic aroma hops out there - light soft citrus and spicy earthiness, it's beautiful. Try it on top of an American Ale, or of course, a classic English Pale Ale. Light, complex - you can't go wrong with 225 years of cultivation...

Looking down the road to a butterscotch ale...can't wait.
