Never have any problems with it.

These filters are awesome. Would recommend them. Price is perfect. Last much longer than expected. A second wrench would be good to hold the top of the housing when changing filters. Saves a lot of time when cleaning the boiling tank since almost nothing makes it that far past the filters

The filter works great but the box it came in that could have fit a medium sized dog was a bit over kill :) Would like to see a more Eco-concsious effort put into packaging

Does the job. I got some gnarly, heavily treated city water, and this filter does a great job of cleaning it up and making tasty brew.

This filter does a great job removing chlorine from my tap water. I confirmed its results with my swimming pool test kit. Does the job and does it well.

I have been reordering this filter from more beer for the past 5 years. I try to get a new one once a year. I usually brew about 25 batches of beer over the course of the year and have had no complaints, this filter does the job. BUY IT!

I have done several batches of beer and mead by filtering out the chlorine in my drinking water. I have noticed a large improvement in the taste of my beer and mead since I have started filtering with this carbon filter. I have had the original for almost 2 years and thought it was about time I had to change it out. I highly recommend using this if you have chlorine in your water.
