Fresh and perfect late addition

Made a double cascade west coast IPA and it turned out great! Did a double whirlpool and used 10 oz of hops total. It turned out to be a cold IPA, but that was what I was going for.. Next time I'll mix up the hops a bit and add to my recipe with some Columbus or something

The cascade pellet hops were very fragrant

Didn't smell fresh it seems a little old

This makes a great Sierra Nevada clone - I would suggest using it heavily in the dry hop for the most flavor

Use for APA, American Lager and various other beers. While there are newer hop varities out there, Cascade is very affordable and reliable as a bitttering hop for just about anything and can be used in conjunction with more innovative hops (Citra, Mosaic, Warrior, Amarillo, etc.) as aroma an dry hopping for great finish.

This is one of my favorite hops. I try to buy all of my hops from MB as my local shops only sell in 1oz packages. The bulk packaging with O2 barrier and zip lock seal are why I choose MB as my go to hop source.

A great hop to have on hand if you plan on brewing pale ales and india pale ales on a regular basis.

I love Cascade for dry hopping, whether solo or in a blend.Its easy to get distracted with newer, supposedly more fashionable hop varieties but this one is a classic for good reason

I have been going to the growers for my hops. You have to buy a pound but if you find a hop you like to use it is a lot cheeper.

For that piney, graprefruity, west-coast style hop flavor, Cascade is an absolute must.
