Looks like a solid lager!
This looks like a solid recipe, and I'm looking forward to trying it. One thing, however: the recipe sheet calls out for White Labs's American Lager yeast (WLP840). Shawn, the brewer at Epidemic Ales, on your video, calls out for the GERMAN lager yeast, WLP830. Was this a typo on the recipe sheet? The WLP830 seems the better choice.

My go to lager!
I've been brewing lagers all year looking for the one. I now have some nice Kolsch and Pilsner recipes, but this is the best. I use Omega Kveik OYL-071. Brew, ferment at 80 degrees, crash and keg within two weeks! I use Grainfather fermenters with a glycol chiller, but you don't need that level of control with a Kveik yeast. Great flavor, great mouth feel. This one will always be on tap
