The final flavor was good for a seltzer, however I tried 4 of these kits, and the fermentation was incredibly slow. I used yeast nutrients which gave a bit of off flavor. The best way to get it going was to use distillers yeast in addition to the flash yeast. Still took 3-4 weeks to get primary fermentation done. Any of the flash beers were done mostly in 1 week. I even heated them up as much as my room allowed ~75F, and it still was super slow.
