sometimes it's the simple things that make the difference. I use this to label my batches with contents, dates, gravity, etc. Comes off easily with a scrub pad, but resists water, wort, etc.

Marks easily and better than a sharpie for this kind of thing. Yes a bit hard to get off but just use an abrasive brush.
