    These stainless short shanks are typically used for attaching faucets to a KOMOS® Cobra style draft tower. The threaded section measures 25mm in length (0.98").

     

    Please Note: When installing Cobra Tower Shanks onto the tower, some exposed threading is normal due to the tower's design and does not impact sealing performance. For a cleaner, professional aesthetic, we recommend using a shank spacer to cover the threads and provide a flush finish against the tower surface.

        Will this KOMOS beer faucet shank fit a Chill Passion CFP7 beer facet?

        I used this on a new Cobra tower and the threads stick out about an inch.  It says this is the short version, which I expected to be more flush.  What are you using to cover the exposed threads for a finished look?

        Komos Beer Faucet Shank. Will the adapter enable me to install faucets with American threads ie Intertap on my Cobra tower?

        I had to special order mine from another company and have the front part turned down. The only place in North America who Sales the tower I have is Out of Canada.

        This is already an American Threaded faucet shank. However it was specifically designed for the KOMOS brand Cobra tower. If your tower is a european one it may not fit? I am not too sure. I use it with nukatap faucets on a KOMOS Cobra tower.

        I don't think so. I am using this with a perlick faucet and the intertap version of this (https://www.morebeer.mom/products/intertap-beer-shank-short-tower.html) states specifically that it does _not_ work with perlick faucets; so I suspect the threading is different (though I can't confirm that). Hope this helps!
