        Great hazy IPA yeast.

Work really well for the Kiwi Kiss kit on here.

The king of dry yeasts for hazy ipa.

This is the must have dry yeast for hazy ipa. Apricot and soft mouthfeel are key takeaways from the yeast. Yeast works very effectively and finishes at 75% attenuation. I like this so much better than W1318 and making starters.

        Verdant IPA for Hazy

First time using this yeast and I was impressed. Ran fast and kept the haze that I was hoping to see. Really helped to push the citrus and tropical fruit flavors to the forefront. I would used this strain againCheers

Similar to London iii - fast fermentation - will use again, may have lightly over pitched

It's a dry version of London Ale III

So impressed! It's great to finally have a dry version of London Ale III. This is cheaper and more convenient than keeping a beloved liquid pack of London Ale III or Omega British V alive and viable. I made an Irish Red ale with it. I've brewed this recipe 4+ times with liquid Brit V yeast from Omega. This batch made with Verdant IPA was every bit as good and tasted just like it should. Great yeast. Has a permanent spot in my dry yeast bank now.

        Aggressive fermentation!

We used a single pouch of Verdant IPA yeast in a 5 gallon batch of pale ale with OG of 1066. It ferments as fast and aggressively as a Kveik, but at 65F. Within 12 hours of pitching there was a rapid convection current visible in the fermenter. Within 24 hours it had blown the bung out of the fermenter and spread yeast over the table. Fermentation finished in 4 days, and if my calcs are right it achieved over 80% attenuation for a very dry pale ale with pleasant fruit notes from the yeast.

My goto ipa yeast. Fast at normal temps.

Fast at normal temps. Use this yeast often and the flavor, speed of fermentation and reliability have made it a favorite for ipa.

        Great for British style IPA

This is a malt forward IPA yeast that results in a full-bodied IPA Probably not the yeast to use if you are looking for a clean, crisp finish, like two-hearted ale. I will definitely use it again.

        Great NEIPA yeast

Great dry yeast choice for hazy ipa. Takes off within hours and can be at FG within a week (although it’s good to employ a diacetyl rest with this strain) First generations have higher attenuation, around 80-83 percent, so be prepared for that. Esters are very fruity - strong apricot notes that play well with many types of hops.

Fast, poor flocculation, Not sure I like the flavor

Brewed 15 gallons, used two packs of yeast in a 4L starter. Fermentation started almost immediately, was done in about 60 hours at 67 degrees. For me it finished a few SG points higher than normal, and the beer was very cloudy even after a normal cold crash period prior to emptying the fermenter. Don't think I'll use it again unless the flavor really knocks me out. I didn't love the flavor in the hydrometer tube sample I tasted.

        An interesting option

I was looking to brew a juicy IPA but not necessarily the very hazy, OJ type and read about this yeast so I thought I'd give it a try. I need to tweak the recipe but this yeast has lots of potential for many different styles. It reminds me a bit of some of the Kveik strains and how well they pair with the citrus and tropical hops.

12 Grams and Eight Days Later..

Seems to attenuate well. Has a very peachy flavor and smell as well as vanilla. It really lights up the fermenter. Ran batch pictured in mid to high 60's and it was an under 5% beer (blew all over inside domed top) The 500 gram pack makes it economical to not bother with starters and cultivation which is a nice plus. The vanilla flavor works with and against certain beer styles so it is definitely niche in my book.

        A must buy!

This yeast is stunning! Very versatile and always finishes... NEIPA, Irish Red, Best bitter etc... top cropping for 2nd or 3rd use kicks off in minutes not hours.

Couldn’t wait on my pre order so placed my order elsewhere but man is this a good yeast! Have brewed a hazy IPA and used the yeast cake to make a version of Black is Beautiful.
