First brew with this yesterday. Time will tell. Maris Otter one of my favorite malts for english style base.

I love Marris Otter, use it all the time, but on this order, I had it milled...and it resulted in a stuck mash. Perhaps because it was a much finer milling than I use with my equipment, maybe it was the new equipment, but Love the Malt (5-Star), not so much the milling (3-star)

great results , with a full malt flavor . I use it whenever possible .

I made a nice Helles with this. Nice cracker-like malt flavor and relatively good efficiency.

Delicious full flavored malt that can be used for just about anything where a ricer malt flavor is desired. I've used in lagers, Pale Ales, Stouts, you name it...

Did not go wrong with this malt choice for two batches of Irish Dry Stout. Wonderful aroma. Supplied packages were fresh and spot on in correct weight.

This is a great base malt. I used it to make a clone of Old Rasputin Russian Imperial, my favorite beer of all time. I had enough sugars from this 10 gal batch to make another 5 gal with a couple lbs of LME. Highly recommend Maris Otter.

Malt tasted great and was delivered fast. If the recipe calls, I'd order again!
