    Omega's Bayern Lager strain is clean, crisp and ferments well at a wide range. It has good flocculation, and has both low sulfur and low diacetyl production. Bayern is thought to come from Munich’s oldest, traditional and vintage-vibed brewery.

        Worked well for me

        Used for a festbier and kicked off strong with a starter. Less vigorous during primary fermentation at lower temps but got the job done saw attenuation right about 80% which is high for the strain.
