We are actually using this to do commercial cider in 12oz bottles with a manual 4 head filler and can do about 2000 bottles in 6 hours. We use 3 of the trays to keep the bottles moving at a steady pace.

I use this base with the MoreWine supplied bottle racks for rinsing and sterilizing my bottles. I connect the base to my hot water supply (standard garden hose connections) with an in-line "detergent" injector (available from other sources) that injects Sani-Clean into the hot water stream. It takes only a few seconds to rinse and sterilize a case of bottles with this system. The bottles remain in the rack (inverted) until dry. You can prepare 25 cases of glass for bottling in just minutes. Only issue I have seen with the base is the rack alignment pegs (the red cone shaped pegs) break off easily. That is the only real area of product design needed.

Looked into building something similar out of copper or plastic until I ran across this. For me it was/has been well worth the money. My only concern is that one of the jets sprays at an angle and it shoots onto the side of the bottle and I can't straighten it out.

The nozzles are non removable and 2 of them sprayed to the side, I fixed this by drilling them all out to 1/8 inch holes. You will a strong pump to spray 24 like that. The hose that is attached is too short and most of them will probably not be used with a garden hose. They could have omitted it for the end user to install and make it a bit lower price. They work well enough but you are prkbably going to have to modify them.

I used by Mark II pump and tray, filled it with PBW solution, cleaned 60 bottles no problem. Filled tray with clean water and rinsed 60 bottle no problem (I had faucet continually running into the tray for fresh rinse water). Then, right before bottling, I filled the tray with sanitizer and sanitized 60 bottles no problem. I recommend this product in combination with the bottle holder.

This makes bottle cleaning much easier. I have three and can clean two cases in half the time as manual cleaning. This and the rack that goes with it are a worthwhile investment for any home brewer!

I set this within a large cooler hooked up to a submersible pump, placed the rack on the top and turned it on. 12 bottles cleaned (and I mean 'clean') in 3 minutes. No more scrubbing each bottle by hand, hoping I did the job well. A huge timesaver!

Put in a Rubbermaid tub and paired with a cheap AC recirculating pump from freight Harbor with the whole unit sitting in the tub. Used the bottle holder that more beer also sells. Worked just fine (used to clean with pbw-haven't used to sanitize).
